Terms

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms apply to early access to AI Clipper.

1. Who we are

AI Clipper is operated by Mikhail Temirov, Thailand (“we”). Contact: hello@aiclipper.0dev.team.

2. The service

AI Clipper produces short video files from material you provide: clips from recordings, videos from topics, music edits from tracks. During early access the service is provided per request, and we may limit volume, formats and turnaround.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the files we produce for you. You confirm that you own the material or hold the rights needed to have it processed and published, including music, footage and likenesses. We do not use your material to train models or to produce content for anyone else.

4. Our content

Stock footage, fonts and sound effects supplied by us come under their own licences, which permit use in the files we deliver. Pipelines, prompts and code remain ours.

5. Payment

Early access prices are listed on the pricing page and apply per approved file. Skipped files are not charged. Prices may change for new work, never for files already approved.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no rights to, content that is illegal where you or we operate, or material that targets a private person. We may refuse or stop processing such requests.

7. No warranty

Early access software is provided as is. We do our best to make every file publishable, and the review feed exists so that nothing goes out without your approval. We are not liable for indirect losses or for platform decisions about your channels.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service leaves early access. The current version is always at this address.
