AI Clipper is three production pipelines under one roof: Clips, Studio and Edits. Each one takes material you own and returns finished short video that a person only has to approve.
What we believe
A finished file is the only output that counts. Each pipeline is given the material, the taste and the limits, and it is responsible for the whole job: plan, cut, render, check. When two approaches compete, a blind arena picks the winner.
How the agents are kept in check
- Caps on time and spend for every run.
- A fixed list of allowed actions. Nothing is published, posted or deleted by an agent.
- A person approves anything that goes public, from a review feed on the phone.
- Only the owner's material goes in. No scraping, no reuse of other people's content.

Stack
Claude for planning, writing, montage decisions and review. Gemini and Claude for visual analysis. Whisper for speech, ElevenLabs for voice. Remotion and FFmpeg for rendering. Python and TypeScript services, with a review feed on the phone. The pipelines are built the same way they work: an engineer sets the structure, Claude writes most of the code, and blind arenas decide which approach survives.
